Programme for loved ones

← All programmes
More about our approach →

The programme is for relatives and loved ones affected by dependence in their family or relationships. It addresses emotional well-being, personal boundaries, family interactions, anxiety, feelings of responsibility for another person and established behaviour patterns.

How the programme works

Over two months, the participant completes 20 independent learning sessions, 6 individual meetings with a psychologist and 8 meetings with an ENTHELOS specialist. The programme includes a basic psychological assessment. Group sessions are also available.

Main topics

The programme explores the mechanisms of dependence and codependent relationships, emotional responses, boundaries, conflict, control, communication with a loved one and personal needs. Practical tasks help participants observe and work with habitual reactions between meetings.

Who is it for?

The programme is suitable for people whose lives and emotional well-being are affected by a loved one's dependence, and for those who recognise established behaviour patterns developed in such relationships.
