Licences

L07578 — home nursing services (koduõendusteenus).

L07579 — outpatient psychiatric services (ambulatoorsed psühhiaatriateenused).

ENTHELOS services are formally documented. Clients receive information in advance about the terms of service, costs, working arrangements, confidentiality and the processing of personal data.

We believe it is important that each person understands the service they are receiving, the terms on which it is provided and what they are consenting to.

Service agreement

A service agreement is concluded with the client before services begin. It sets out the type and cost of service, how it will be provided, payment terms, the rights and obligations of both parties, and terms relating to confidentiality, cancellation and termination.

For longer-term support programmes, the agreement also specifies the programme's duration, the scope of services, the format of the work and the terms for early termination.

The client can read the agreement and ask questions before signing.

Informed consent

Before medical procedures, the client receives information about the nature of the procedure and signs an informed consent form.

Before detoxification and other medical procedures, information is also recorded about health status, medical conditions, current medicines and other circumstances relevant to carrying out the procedure safely.

Personal data and confidentiality

Personal and health data are processed in accordance with legal requirements and personal data protection rules.

Information obtained during consultations, medical procedures and support programmes is confidential and is used only to provide services and fulfil legal obligations.

Scope of responsibility

Addressing dependence is a process in which both professional support and the person's own participation matter.

ENTHELOS is responsible for the quality and proper provision of its medical, psychological and counselling services, but does not promise or guarantee a particular treatment or programme outcome.

Outcomes depend on many factors, including the person's condition, the nature of the problem, consistency of participation, following recommendations and their own involvement in the process of change.

When may ENTHELOS decline to provide a service?

The safety of clients and staff is an essential condition for providing services.

ENTHELOS may decline to start or may discontinue a service if:

the person's condition requires emergency, inpatient or other medical care that ENTHELOS does not provide;

the client or people accompanying them pose a risk to the safety of staff or others;

the client materially breaches the agreement or the agreed rules for the provision of the service.

Call 112 for seizures, significant impairment of consciousness or confusion, hallucinations, signs of alcohol withdrawal delirium or other conditions requiring emergency medical attention.

Payment and ending services

ENTHELOS service prices are listed in the current price list and communicated to the client before the service begins.

Terms for payment, cancellation, ending a programme or other longer-term work, and settlement of payments are set out in the agreement.

If services end early, payments are settled in accordance with the agreement and the services actually provided.
